We love pets, but to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all guests, our home is strictly an animal-free zone. No pets or animals of any kind are allowed inside the property at any time.
Failure to comply with this rule may result in additional cleaning fees and/or immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
FYI for potential high winds all outdoor furniture and hot tub covers needs to be secured.
Because our hot tub is serviced and cleaned after every guest, we do not guarantee the hot tub will be at temperature upon arrival.

- 🚙🚙 Two parking spaces are available on the property.
- For a third vehicle, 🅿️ public parking is available downtown off Depot Street (approximately a 🚶♀️ 5-minute walk).
- 🚫 Parking is not permitted on the road, grass, or in neighbors’ driveways.

▪️ All guests must electronically sign a short rental agreement and provide gov’t ID before check-in. This confirms that local laws, occupancy limits, and community guidelines are understood and agreed upon ✅
▪️ Reservations without a signed agreement may be canceled in accordance with policy
▪️ Only the person who made the reservation can sign the agreement and complete guest verification for accuracy and security 🔒

Noise:
Please keep excess noise to a minimum. Be respectful of your neighbors and the home.
Parties:
We do not allow any parties on our property.
Smart TV Services:
We do not provide accounts for the following: Prime, Disney Plus, Hulu & Netflix. You will have to use your own log-in to watch from these channels and just log it out when you check out.
Smoking:
No smoking inside the home or outside on the deck. Smoking inside will result in charges for cleaning the smell from the house. Also please do not burn candles or incense etc. (For everyone’s safety)
- No Vaping/Smoking: $300 Violation Fee
- No Pets Allowed: $250 Violation Fee
- No Furniture Moving: $100 Violation Fee

2 Parking space.
Late Checkout:
As a reminder, if you did not reach out to us about a late checkout, a late checkout fee of $15 will be charged at 15 minutes and a late checkout fee of $50 will be charged at 30 minutes late as this delays our cleaning team. At an hour, the next day rate will be charged.
