- Animals: No pets or animals allowed at any time.
- Check-Out: Check-out is by 11:00 AM. A $50 fee applies for every 30 minutes past check-out time.
- Children: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Cleaning: Extra cleaning fees may apply if the property requires excessive cleaning after your stay.
- Furniture: Please do not move furniture or decor.
- Prohibited Items: No smoking, confetti, glitter, dye, or similar items are allowed.
- Parking: Up to two vehicles can park in the driveway. No street parking, campers, or RVs. Guests are responsible for any fines or towing.
- Only flush toilet paper. Avoid flushing wipes, hygiene products, or food. Scrape food scraps into the trash, and avoid pouring grease into the sink.
- Trash: Use the kitchen and outdoor bins for all trash.
- Volume & Gatherings: No parties or gatherings beyond the home’s sleeping capacity. Disturbances may result in eviction or fines.
Violating any rules may result in a $250 non-refundable fee per occurrence, unless otherwise stated.
- No Vaping/Smoking: $300 Violation Fee
- No Pets Allowed: $250 Violation Fee
- No Furniture Moving: $100 Violation Fee
