Eric Moyer's story begins in the United States Navy, where he learned the values that would define everything he built afterward — discipline, attention to detail, leadership under pressure, and an unwavering commitment to doing the job right the first time. The Navy didn't just shape his work ethic; it forged the character he brings to every project, every property, and every relationship at Soluna Stays.
After his service, Eric channeled those same principles into construction and property management in Western North Carolina. Together with Michelle, he co-founded both Hooked Property Solutions and Soluna Stays — building one of Haywood County's most trusted contractor and vacation rental management teams from the ground up.
With 11 modular homes completed, dozens of renovations across the region, and a North Carolina Licensed General Contractor credential (#108646), Eric brings a level of expertise and accountability to Soluna Stays' property management operations that most vacation rental companies simply can't match.
