This house is ideal for walking to Frog Level and Main Street, where parking can sometimes be a challenge. The place was very clean, modern, well decorated, and well stocked. The grill and gas fire pit were a nice touch. The host was responsive at all times.The house is in close proximity to a couple of other homes with a shared driveway/parking area. Our time in Waynesville was excellent, exactly as expected. I appreciated the clean and simple decor of the house, as well as the plentitude of towels and dining utensils. The hot tub was a really fun feature as it was one of the more spacious hot tubs I've experienced. The beds were comfy and the view was lovely. We love the Waynesville area with close proximity to lakes and hiking and so many beautiful parts if the Appalachian mountains. The one downside was we set the smoke alarm off a few times with the gas stove. It was quite loud but easily turned off and I appreciated knowing safety measures were well in place. One of the exceptional parts of the stay was while my family was away one day the power to the mountain went out. The host was unable to reach us, but went ahead and began to set up a generator (the power came back on before we returned) which was so thoughtful and considerate. Great stay.

Overall the unit was FABULOUS! Very comfortable and ideally located. The accommodations for 2 couples worked perfectly & even provided a 3rd bdrm which was ultimately used for a closet as there was a limited amount of storage place for clothing.
